OUR MISSION
Chosen Ones Basketball was founded with the sole purpose to instill unbreakable confidence in young men not only on the basketball court, but in life as a whole. We here at Chosen Ones Basketball pride ourselves on giving players the tools they need, both physically and mentally, to excel in anything they wish to do in life. As a program, we pride ourselves on making the game FUN for our players, and find excitement in competition, developing skills, and evolving as a young man. These principles have driven us to kickstart this program, with our players overall development always at the forefront. Each of our players will fully embrace and understand that they are CHOSEN, and have a responsibility to live up to this honor in each and everything they do.
Jay-Q Jones
Jay-Q is an avid basketball fan, he's been playing basketball for 12 years. Jay-Q played at South Elgin High School and became a team captain as a senior. He currently coaches the sophomore team at West Chicago High School. He is very passionate about fitness and is a certified personal trainer helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. As well as being very involved with basketball and fitness, Jay-Q is also a IHSA varsity football referee. His favorite fast food place is Beef Shack.

Coach Jesse has been coaching youth basketball for over 20 years. His passion for the sport has propelled him to a position to help many young men develop strong characteristics of discipline and confidence through the game of basketball. Coach Jesse works as a Dean of students in a high school, and has been in education since 1999. When Jesse doesn't find himself on the court or walking the halls of his school, he enjoys hitting the gym as well as going to sporting events with family.
